I definitely liked hot water shower pressure and there was a bathtub if preferred for ladies.

This Resort and the Villas are like a dream. We stayed for our Honeymoon. We couldn’t be more happier with our choice. Extremely luxurious and with the infinity pool… just amazing. And all of that for a reasonable price. The Owner Tomo is an absolute legend and he made every possible step to make sure we have an unforgettable experience. We want to come back!!

This place had everything for a perfect stay: quiet, peaceful location but still close to all the services, washing machine, dryer and a small kitchen in the room, everything was spotlessly clean and the staff was very friendly. Offering a garden and city view, Happy Island Miyako is situated in Miyako Island, 1.8 km from Painagama Beach and 3.4 km from Turiba Seaside Park. The host is great, friendly and helpful. He took me spear fishing. The property itself is comfortable and cool looking with laid back vibes.

Miyakojima Kurima Resort Seawood Hotel has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Miyako Island. Half board breakfast and dinner tasty. Sunset view from the villa is spectacular on a clear day.

Situated in Miyako Island, 500 metres from Shigira Beach, Hotel Shigira Mirage features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. I enjoyed staying at Shigira, the service was great, the room condition was perfect. All the staffs were so kind, especially the English staff(so sorry that I forgot the name) helped us book dinners for the whole stay and upgrade our room to ocean view. I would definitely choose Shigira for my next stay. Thanks a lot!

Set in Miyako Island, 11 km from Miyakojima Sea Treasure Museum, The Rescape offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in several very nice hotels in Asia and Europe. The room was extremely spacious and well designed. Very minimalist with lots of natural light. It was nice to swim in the evening with some of the best starry night skies I’ve seen. The breakfast was great, and they remembered all my wife’s dietary preferences. They remembered our names and made us feel very welcome. They had a very nice employee “Anh” who spoke perfect English and gave us helpful suggestions on beaches to go for snorkeling or swimming. They rented us very nice wet suits and snorkeling equipment. They offered in room message on short notice. The room itself was extremely nice, but the level of service that we got was truly unbelievable.

Located in Miyako Island and only 400 metres from Imgya Marine Garden, Private Resort Hotel RENN provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Renn san was super friendly, he provided valuable inputs for our snorkeling plans. I wish we stayed there 1-2 more nights to fully utilize his inputs! XD The facility has a great view of the night sky, if you happen to catch a good cloud-less weather while you are there, you would be able to enjoy a good view of the Milky Way!

Located just 400 metres from Ryugujo Observatory, Hotel Hibiscus features accommodation in Miyako Island with access to a terrace, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Traditional okinawan house with great showers and amenities, books and manga to read, delicious and cheap meals, greatest snorkeling tour possible, nicest guests and staff I’ve ever met 😇 Never been so sad to leave a place during any of my travels, hope I can come back one day :)
