He even type the hospital location to my sister’s car because she struggled with reading kanji. They were all very helpful to us,they lend their thermometer even put a translator for my husband inorder to understand him. I have had a problem connecting with my sister to pick us up from the Umi Jigoku and Mr Taro was talking to us in English and all the staffs were all very helpful. Mr Taro even left the desk to ask our my niece was. Please give him an award or praise please. Many thanks to all the cleaners the onsen lady for private family bath.
