We really liked everything about the hotel. Maria, the hotel staff, was really nice to us and did a very thorough check-in. There is always free water and free snacks throughout the day. The breakfast is very varied and delicious; coffee, tea, bread, cereal, juices, fruits, eggs, etc. Would come back here every single time. She even gave us some towels as a gift because of the 1 year anniversay since it opened.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

Very spacious, clean, quiet, and point plus for the curtain. It is close to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market, which is nice. Want breakfast but lazy to go out? Just go downstairs to the restaurant. You can also join the hiking tracks from here with a group i believe.
