This was my first visit to Lebanon and it was one of the most beautiful trips lve ever had. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and the service was excellent. They helped me with everything, even when I was sick❤️🇱🇧

I want to specially thank Mrs Hoda for the excellent hospitality she was very very supportive and did everything we've asked for and more changed our room when we asked and made sure everything was in a perfect condition all the time, it won't be my last visit there for sure.

The location is fantastic, near all Jbail markets, good restaurants, 10 minutes walking to Jbail old Souq, the staff and management are very very helpful, friendly and efficient (you feel like you are in your home) the hotel is super clean, this hotel became my only target if I visited Jbail again.

The property is very well maintained very clean rooms. Breakfast is amazing and restaurant has everything. The reception, cleaning crew and restaurant staff is amazing. They made us feel like home. Coming from USA they have really over exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back and will stay at Mateus. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nestled along the Mediterranean coast with its own private beach, Mövenpick Hotel Beirut offers a sophisticated escape in the heart of the city. Our stay was perfect. The room is very nice, we upgraded it to sea view and it was worth it. The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The pool also nice. But best part was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and really eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Rayan from the reception. She was very friendly and nice. Also breakfast staff were very cooperative as well. We went to breakfast late they were almost closing but they did all they can to get us what ever we want as fast as possible so that we don’t miss it.
