Situated within 100 metres of Arugam Bay Beach and 3.2 km of Muhudu Maha Viharaya, Tropicana Home Stay features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Arugam Bay. One of the best accommodations we had in Sri Lanka. We stayed there for 2 nights but were really sorry we didn't stay longer in the end. The rooms are perfect for someone who wants to enjoy Arugam bay, stay close to all cafes, restaurants, as well as the beach, and still wants some comfort. The accommodation is located on the main street in Arugam Bay but somehow still closed off enough that it remains peaceful. The rooms were clean, bathroom and shower amazing, beds veeeery comfortable and the AC perfect. The curtains keep the light out really well which is great if you like to sleep in in the morning. The hosts are very kind and were constantly asking if we have everything we need. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Arugam Bay!

Agra Arugambay has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Arugam Bay. The property is around 200 metres from Arugam Bay Beach, 3.4 km from Muhudu Maha Viharaya and 5.1 km from Crocodile Rock. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff were super welcoming. The rooms were super clean. Someone who worked at the hostel even custom makes clothing, which was incredible!

Lovely stay run by a very kind couple. Room had everything we needed, comfy bed, fridge and good ac! Kitchen was really well equipped also. Right by the beach and on the main road, ideal location! They also have a sweet little cat who you’ll see running around :) Would definitely recommend!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Whisky Point Resort, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!! A special shoutout to Mufaris and Murthala for their outstanding and precise service—they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible food and drinks. The iced tea was the best we’ve ever tasted, and the pizza was absolutely divine! Every bite and sip transported us to a place of pure bliss. Whisky Point Resort truly feels like a little paradise nestled within an already paradise-like island. The serene ambiance, combined with the warmth and hospitality of the staff, makes this a must-visit destination. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience. We’ll be back for sure!

The property closeby to the beach. Friendly staff and very good communication with Mohammed. Nice room view comfortable room with comfy bed. Room lighting was good. bathroom was clean good smell. A few restaurants are open nearby. WiFi signal was good. Highly recommend this place!

Located in Arugam Bay, a few steps from Pottuvil Point Beach, Blue Waters provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. Amazing spot! Great beach! The resort was beautiful, calm and clean. Hospitality was great, room very clean. Food was amazing!!!! We really recommend to visit the hotel. If you look for a quick place only 15 min from Arugam bay. Don’t miss it!
