Nice remodelled property, rooms were clean, ac worked great, plenty of space. The location is great for walking to the main break as well as restaurants nearby. If you need anything (tuktuk/scooter rental, taxi etc) the owners are very happy to help coordinate. The owners are very kind and happy to include you in their local card/board games! Would recommend 👍

Situated within 100 metres of Arugam Bay Beach and 3.2 km of Muhudu Maha Viharaya, Tropicana Home Stay features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Arugam Bay. Jazz and his beautiful family were amazing hosts. First, he arranged a very good taxi with a professional driver(And also a VERY fair price) that took us from Colombo to his resort. I couldn't join my partner at the beginning of our stay and she was alone for the most part during our stay here. Jazz knowing about it, he and his beautiful family, alongside this beautiful Dutch couple, made sure that she would have the best time with various activity and their warm company. Overall, she really enjoyed her stay. He even managed an expedition for her alongside that couple at night, to find exotic animals. On the last day when I arrived, not only was I greeted with the highest of hospitality, but also an exceptionally delicious lunch(you can trust my taste, I'm an Iranian), which wasn't included in our plan at all. Also in the reviews I saw some people found the route to the beach difficult. From my personal experience, that is far from the truth. The resort is less than 100 meters away from the beach, it's just a simple walk. If I come to Arugam Bay again, I'll choose this place 100%.

Agra Arugambay has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Arugam Bay. The property is around 200 metres from Arugam Bay Beach, 3.4 km from Muhudu Maha Viharaya and 5.1 km from Crocodile Rock. Good size bedrooms, and the bed was comfortable. At just 2 minutes walk from the main road, where you can find plenty of restaurants, and at 5 min walk from the beach makes it the perfect location. The family dinner was delicious, and it was also an occasion to meet the other guests. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Located in Arugam Bay, within 60 metres of Arugam Bay Beach and 3.1 km of Muhudu Maha Viharaya, Lucky Bay provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests... This is a very special place, not in the loud area of town and very neat and tidy! Beaitiful garden, clean rooms, comfy beds! We loved this small secluded gem! Mohammed and Nasir were the biggest surprise! Very friendly and helpful, even organised a birthday cake for our daughters birthday!!! No problem to big for Mohammed! Surpised us with snacks in the evening and coffee on demand! Will definately recommend!

Located in Arugam Bay, a few steps from Pottuvil Point Beach, Blue Waters provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The location was great. If you don't want to stay in crowded Arugambay this is the right place for you. You have your own pirvate beach, a little cabana, good food at the restaurant and it is the cleanest hotel we have been in Sri Lanka.

Wonderful property and host! Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

Set in Arugam Bay, 300 metres from Pasarichenai Beach, Stay Golden offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. My time at stay golden was amazing. The staff and the owners were extremely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The location is great, close enough for a short walk to the surf spot but far enough that you don't get caught up in the loud nightlife. The room was big, clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended and I'll be coming back for sure!
