Checked out at 7:00am for flight Breakfast doesn't start until 8am. Owner prepared egg sandwich and juice to go. When I picked up the food bag, the egg sandwich was still hot. just wow Thank you

Good location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Clean, large, nicely designed room, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bathroom, with all necessary toiletries, good hot water. Nice garden with a clean pool. The breakfast is fantastic, served on the roof terrace with a wonderful view, served when you ask for it. You can choose between continental and Sri Lankan breakfast, it is worth asking for the Sri Lankan one, it is freshly prepared by the hosts, very delicious and plentiful. The internet is a bit slow, but that's not the fault of the accommodation, it's the same all over Sri Lanka.

Owner was so nice and helpfull. Place was really clean, beautyfull and located close to other things. Recommend to everyone!

يقع مكان إقامة "Kingz Kottage" في نيجومبو، على بُعد 900 م من شاطئ نيغومبو و1.9 كم من كنيسة سان أنتوني سريلانكا. We stayed here for two days after our arrival in Sri Lanka. It was the perfect start for our trip. The host family where super nice and helpful, arranged the transfer from the airport and to our next destination. The breakfast was excellent (especially the wife’s onion/tomato sambal!) and they really made sure we felt comfortable! Rooms are nice, roomy and clean, the pool is great to relax and to cool down. Just a 10 min walk through the neighborhood to the beach. All in all a really welcoming atmosphere an super nice hosts :) Perfect calm location to start or end your trip, as the Colombo airport is really close.

The huts are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff are incredibly accomodating, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food is great. The pool is nice. They also organise other activities for you if you want - like a boat safari and spa days. Each hut comes with a hammock too, which was beautiful!

We came late at wetland resort they have made a nice welcome for us ,morning we have a nice breakfast and a nice little guy name silva was their for us all time ,he always help us anytime we wanted ..the owner where really amaizing person ,the lady was really amaizing well-done thanks again for the great tasty food that we eat really nice the devilled pork i recommend it.we do enjoy so much their and the pool was a breathtaking and medium hot woow you can stay the whole day night too woow..it was a pleasure staying with you and see you back really soon ..we grade you 2000%. A+. A+.

We booked the accommodation for our last night, due to the proximity to the airport. The host family was extremely helpful - from checking in early to preparing dinner and arranging a ride to the airport. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. We were also close to the beach and a shop/restaurant. We would definitely recommend for more nights in Negombo as well.
