The staff and hosts were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which immediately made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the property was excellent. The location is very good, with many nice restaurants within a short walking distance. It’s ideal if you want to stay close to the beach and dining options. The only small note is that the house is located on a very narrow street, which can be a bit challenging for drivers when entering or exiting — but this didn’t affect our stay. Breakfast was really good and nicely prepared. We booked this accommodation upon our arrival in Sri Lanka and had such a positive first impression that we decided to stay here again for our last night before heading to the airport. When something works well, there’s no reason to change it — and this place truly did.

I Negombo, under 1 kilometer fra Negombo strand og 1,9 kilometer fra St Anthony's Church, ligger Kingz Kottage. Everything was great from the beginning. We had to wait for our room to be ready and in the meantime they provided us with an additional breakfast. The arranged for us a boat tour and a driver for the next morning and the howner helped me with some issues with my cards. Very kind family businnes place!!!

We arrived close to midnight after booking the room shortly before. Despite the late hour, the room was prepared within just 20 minutes. It was beautifully presented and spacious enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, and hot water was readily available. The staff and owner were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to be helpful.

I Negombo, bare 8 minutters gange fra Wellaweediya-stranden og 1,7 kilometer fra St Anthony's Church ligger d marit Motel. All house is new, spotless clean and rooms are spacious. We didnt have any problem to get there, AC worked great and water was hot as i love it. Position is behind main road so quiet but close to all coffes and restaurant. They welcome us with warm smile 🙂
