The owner took us on a magical trek to the river and a hidden waterfall, it was a highlight of our trip. We got to hear his plans for the resort including new trains of varying difficulty and other sustainable activities - we can’t wait to visit again in the future to try these! My children had the best time just being in nature and spotting all the wildlife from the monkeys, fruit bats, chipmunks, porcupines, it kept them entertained and they loved it! Booking a massage is a must, we had an incredible guy who gave the best massage I have ever had and as a female I never once felt awkward he was very respectful and dignified, Finally, Asanka - he was a dream come true for our stay. He made it truly special and he is a real asset to the resort. His cooking is incredible and every dish he made was delicious. He was always on hand for anything we needed, always cleaning the leaves from the pool, giving advice on places to visit, and making sure we had the very best of the hospitality of Aqua Duhinda and Sri Lanka!
