It's situated at walking distance to Mirissa fishing harbor where whale watching tours start and also less than 1.5 km from the secret beach and <1km from Mirissa town. The rooms are comfy, well maintained and come with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and courteous and provides excellent service. And flexibility at arrangements is also noteworthy. And all of this comes at a very fair asking price. If you're visiting Mirissa area this is the easiest to recommend. But you may have to make reservations in advance. Also the staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and very sweet to talk to. Especially an elder man with glasses. He was so lovely. Would definently go back and can only recommend. Also the beach is literally in the backyard. The surfer beach is also only a kilometer from the hotel so you can also walk over there.

The location is perfect, and in terms of value for money, there’s really no reason to complain. Super friendly host who even treated us to a real Sri Lankan breakfast. Definitely recommend!
