The room just opened to a beautiful pool that is also clean and well maintained. The highlight was their wonderful hospitality. Very welcoming team of staff and manager. They are available for anything we need all the time. The authentic srilankan breakfast served is the best. With perks like a free massager,common sit out area, welcome drink etc. we could not recommend this place more. It's walkable from the secret beach and Mirrisa beach is about a 15 mins walk. Don't miss this place while you are in Srilanka.

Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. A truly excellent stay! I chose a standard room, which was not very large but perfectly organized, brand new, spotless, and with very comfortable beds. Breakfast and dinner were simply fantastic, with great attention to quality — as an Italian guest, I really appreciated the food. A hotel that takes care of every detail and makes guests feel truly welcome. Highly recommended, I would definitely return!

The property is on the beach, which amazing views from the room balcony. The property is located very centrally and it’s just walking distance to Kurumba Beach Club and Kai Beach club. The rooms were cleaned everyday, new bedding, towels, it was like walking into a brand new room everyday. They left water, teabags and sugar. There was a bar fridge with soda and water - for convenience. The room furniture and decor was nice and esthetic, balcony was clean and you could sit with your tea or drinks and watch the sunset. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, when I arrived they brought me coffee, when I was leaving they brought me some fresh juice, extremely tentative and paid attention to small details. The staff were friendly helpful and polite. I 10/10 recommend anyone staying here, it’s a new guesthouse, clean and safe.
