We felt taken care of from the minute we got there till the minute we left, our room was amazing, and after riding our bikes 35 km up the coast, we can honestly say that it’s the nicest hotel from Negombo to the end of our ride. Stay here!! Another big bonus: I had a bad cold and the owner made sure I get medicine which worked like a charm. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful location next to a river with lots of wildlife around. Beautiful grounds to walk alround with lots of interesting statues etc .Lovely clean pool and great food. The owners were friendly and helpful. Pool surrounded by coconut trees and you can watch as the fearless coconut man climbs a tree and shimmies across the ropes from one tree to another placing pots to collect the toddy. We were given drinks to try .. delicious the food was good too especially the coconut honey . Great place to relax away from everything . The cabin was huge with seating area inside and outside to watch the squirrels running around .

Sandy Edge has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Kalpitiya, 400 metres from Kudawa Beach. There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. Great location close to beach. This area SL low key not all built up, quieter! The great breezes make it kite surfers paradise, and the breezes make the huge covered porch a nice place to hang out.. The family that manages very helpful, content & beautiful. They make good food, and help arrange local needs. The first night I stayed in budget room, but then upgraded for 2 nights to the larger cabana because it has better cross ventilation & surfaces to put things on. Both size rooms have your own porch with cushioned seating. Neither rooms have a/c but you don't need it with the good breezes & room fans.

A great place to relax and enjoy nature. Friendly staff and dogs. Beautifully decorated place to stay that focuses on sustainability, which I applaud. The food was amazingly delicious that was cooked with local ingredients. It offers yoga sessions and a boat ride to explore beyond its location.

Featuring pool views, Wild Wadi Wilpattu - Villas with private Plunge Pools in Wilpattu offers accommodation, a private beach area, pool with a view, an open-air bath and a garden. The room was built well, spacious and had a great AC. From the room windows we were able to spot animals like monkeys and squirrels, and we saw plenty of birds in the area as well. The staff were AMAZING. Super helpful and nice, always available for questions and explanations about the wildlife. We booked the safari tour from the hotel and it was great decision - they provided us with great food and we were accompanied by Shantha, a guide from the hotel, who was friendly, professional and thanks to his knowledge we were able to see two different leopards in two different days. We recommend asking for the tour with him.
