After a very tiring journey, Adique Resort was a fantastic landing spot to recover from the journey. A beautiful boutique hotel, a wonderfully spacious room with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean. Do not search for 4 or 5 star hotels. This hotel is more than sufficiënt. The hotel manager let us check in earlier, in the morning so we could catch up on sleep. Such a peaceful place and very clean and comfortable room. The staff is kind and friendly. 2 minutes away from the beach, but if you don't mind walking there are so many different locations to swim and enjoy the sun if you are not into kite surfing. Breakfast is great! I totally recommend it!

It is a nice and spacious House which has several rooms. It is very clean everywhere which a lot of nice details such as pictures. The food which is prepared in the house is super delicious.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The shower was consistently hot and AC worked well. The staff were very friendly. The manager in particular was super helpful. The food is really good and reasonably priced for the area. The accommodated our vegetarian needs and even made us veggie burgers on burger night. The location is good. Honestly the beach is being consumed by the sea but Surfpoint are doing a really good job at retaining what they can. We are not kite surfers and we came here just to relax after some hard travelling and it was perfect. It was also great to be surrounded by enthusiastic kite surfers and watch them in the bay. We wish we had allowed more time here.

Anawasal offers lagoon front accommodation and yoga classes in Kalpitiya. Free private parking is available on site. A very relaxing stay, morning yoga was wonderful and the salt water pool a treat.

We had the best time staying at Wild Wadi Wilpattu. The property is located about 5 - 10 minutes from the Wilpattu park entrance which not only means you can easily book a safari but you also experience some incredible wild life just steps outside your door. We cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone we spoke with was so nice and so accommodating. It’s very clear that the folks at Wild Wadi are very passionate about animals, the environment and sharing all of their knowledge with their guests. We had breakfast and dinner at Wild Wadi each night. We had traditional Sri Lankan meals and it was some of the best food we had so far on our trip. We would highly recommend booking at Wild Wadi if you are visiting Wilpattu - such an incredible experience! We will be back!
