DON'T BE AFRAID TO SEND SECURITY DEPOSITE, the owner is trustworthy, everything works smoothly if u don't steal or damage smth it is sent back. Having spent time in the apartment, I understand why the owner needs it, as everything is in very good condition and taken care of.
