We had a lovely greeting from two friendly dogs and then a wonderful owner. We got there just a sunset and it was beautiful. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and the morning conversation. We plan on returning.

We only stayed one night so unfortunately did not experience much in regards to the property, but it is beautiful even on a rainy November day! The hosts were friendly and forthcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the breakfast was huge and delicious! We hope to return sometime in the summer for a longer stay!

The sauna was simply brilliant, and there’s a pond nearby where you can cool off and have a quick swim. The staff were friendly. The cottage has everything you need: kitchenware, a kettle, an oven and a microwave. There was an excellent barbecue area and grill racks for cooking. Outside, there’s a stunning fireplace with a well-stocked supply of firewood. The air is clean and fresh in the morning. There were also single-use shampoo and soap, as well as plenty of towels. It was clean and cosy.
