Heated pool, amazing tent room with mountain views, friendly and helpful staff throughout, the dinner show was very good and the hotel/rooms were clean throughout. Over all great experience and would highly recommend.

Lovely hospitality from Host - Hamza - very helpful & knowledgeable- ensuring we were ok. He was responsive at all times & genuinely interested in our well- being. Waited for us for a late check-in & was helpful in giving us local guidance.... always interested in having a 'worldly chat'..... thank you 🙏 The lady facilitating breakfast - Ferouza - is delightful- so helpful & kind. What a Star - she is - going over & beyond in her work. I was travelling with my teenage daughter & she made us beautiful fresh pancakes & coffee/teas in the morning. Rooms were freshly prepared daily if you want. Both Hanza & herself - stored our bags safely for us & we had the day to run around the souks & explore Prince street before we left.
