Rooms are around a central patio, were not huge but well equipped and comfortable with all amenities that we needed, and most furniture have a lovely local design that adds a special charm to your stay. Family is exceptionally welcoming and attentive, on our first night they even waited for us to make sure we can get back to the place safely. Breakfast is rich and prepared locally in mostly Moroccan style, we loved it. There are several terraces on the rooftop to chill out, or just check on the medina from above. House is well covered by wifi. There are quiet hours in the evening so nights are really quiet and can relax in peace. Location is very good - you are in a more quiet street in the historic center, but in a short walk you can find plenty of shops and places to eat, and you can immerse yourself in the busy buzz of the Rabat medina. Pretty much all major sights of the city are in walking distance so we did not drive around within the city, just walked everywhere, and it worked perfectly.
