Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!

It was a perfect location in a nice and a quiet area. The room was very cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The AC and the hot water were exceptionally good. The location is absolutely fantastic. Right on the beach, easy to walk to several great restaurants (the best of St Martin!) and bars. We had a room with seaview, I would definitely recommend that. Falling asleep with the sound of the waves :-) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no parking facility of its own but it’s easy to park on the street or at a paid parking service around the corner. The bed is very comfortable, it’s clean, and very cosy. We will return here for sure.

I loved everything about this trip , the pool was warm at Night, the breakfast was amazing for 25$ , you get alot of food . The rooms are cozy and the area is very quiet n secluded but no far from different shops

Beautiful accommodation, extremely comfortable, fantastic location on a quiet part of the island. Very thoughtful and accommodating hosts. Also the pool was very refreshing.
