The breakfast was terrific. The fruit juice was fresh daily. We enjoyed the extra eggs. The nutella crepes were the best. The staff were just very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the fans were very helpful in dealing with the heat. The bed nets were of great quality and kept the mosquitoes away. The pool was spotless. The shuttle to and from the airport was very timely and professional. I would highly recommend this quiet beach and this wonderful resort.

Located in Nosy Be and only 1.7 km from Djamanjary Beach, VILLA PANORAMA NOSY BE provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Loved everything about this place. The staff was wounderfull, super sweet, extremely helpfull and nothing but great. The hotell only have three rooms making it possible for the staff/owners to give their clients extra attention, which they really did. Good, comfortable beds, probably the best sunset in Nosy Be, great place if you also want to stay in as it is possible to order takeaway. Loved the ambiance and suggastions that the owners Mitch and Sandra gave. Adored both Adrien and Ursula who were so attentive to our needs.

Featuring a patio with garden views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Villa Colibri can be found in Nosy Be, close to Djamanjary Beach and 21 km from Lokobe Reserve. This is a wonderful relaxing retreat if you are visiting Nosy Be. It's outside of the city so it's quiet and peaceful but you can easily get a tuktuk into town. The beach is just steps away. There's a complete kitchen with oil and salt and plenty of cutlery and dishes so you can make a meal. The breakfasts are delicious.The hosts are welcoming and multi -lingual Malagasy and French and some English, maybe others.

Set in Nosy Be, a few steps from Ambondrona Beach, Swisscocobeach offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. Probably the best place we stayed during our 3 weeks in Madagascar. Great room on 1. floor with aircon, fan, safe, beautiful view of the sea, perfect balcony. Nice pool. The restaurant has good food, but there are also a few other options along the beach. Wifi comes and goes. Like in most (all?) hotels on Nosy Be, the aircon is run on the island's el supply, not the generator, so it doesn't work all the time.

Boasting pool views, Corto Novo Maison d'hôtes-Camping features accommodation with an open-air bath, free bikes and a garden, around 27 km from Lokobe Reserve. Corto Novo overlooks a mangrove forest between Dzamandzar and Andilana beach opposite Nosy Sakatia that is also 30km from the airport. Our host Jean-Louis and his team were very attentive and served up tasty seafood (and more) as well as the best Caipirinhas and coldest beers we had on our trip. On request, crab was prepared in two ways (Madagascar Sauce, Spicy Wok Butter) for our first night's meal and it was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. The property has a variety of accommodation options ranging from pre-erected tents to a room with an en-suite bathroom and wall-mounted room fan, where we stayed. The shower water was hot and the water pressure strong unlike many other establishments we stayed at on the Nosys (islands). The small swimming pool with ample tree shade offered respite from the afternoon heat and a refreshing way to start the day. As a bonus, there are two well-behaved and friendly house dogs, Gaston and Charlie. Sunsets were stunning since Corto Novo faces due west. No light pollution meant spectacular star-gazing too. You'd think that being so close to the mangroves would result in more mosquitoes, but they were few and far between. Affordable, comfortable and with all the essentials you need, you won't be disappointed with a stay at Corto Novo. We'll be back.

Located near Djamandjara on Nosy Be, Hotel Mahita Tsara is a 5-minute walk from the beach and set above the village of Cocotiers. It offers air conditioning and a restaurant. Very clean and well-appointed Hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing. Customer service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. Everybody is willing to help. Kudos to the management and especially Edwina- The front desk manager and the owner. Took great care of everything. Highly recommend!

Featuring mountain views, Makis' Vallée features accommodation with a garden, a bar and a shared lounge, around 70 metres from Ampangorinana Beach. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Makis Vallée on Nosy Komba. Cyril and Lauren are incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and helpful, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The staff truly deserves special mention. Everyone was friendly, attentive, always greeting us with big smiles and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The room itself was perfect for the two of us — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The terrace was perfect and well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Everyone went above and beyond by helping us with recommendations and organizing transport to nearby islands. They have so much to offer their guests such as snorkeling trips, kitesurfing, and other water sports. The rooftop pool space was also a huge bonus and the lemurs all around the property. Maki maki! This was truly the best holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. We are already looking forward to visiting again!

Boasting a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and pool views, Tropical lagon is situated in Nosy Be. It was beautiful, with nice air con and separate from other places. All the beds were comfy and the hot shower was beautiful!
