Situated in Mangochi, 2.4 km from Lake Malawi Museum, The Makokola Retreat features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Quiet, in a beautiful garden, directly at the lake! Just beautiful. We had a large and comfortable bungalow, fridge, tee maker, all good ! Staff very kind! The restaurant was also great!

Location is good, chef did a good job, food was well prepared. all staff were very friendly, very helpful, everything was great I can say - how I love breakfast on the pier!
