The hotel room is large and very clean. It is apparent the grounds and rooms have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds had lush gardens with a beautiful pool and seating areas. The hotel is located a few blocks from the sea boardwalk/malecon. There is a bakery and grocery store a few minutes walking distance. The concierge America was extremely helpful. She helped make our stay in Isla Aguada amazing.

The garden is beautiful and there is a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Our room had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We found Habitación, balcón frente al mar y alberca to be a good value for the money — the view and close access (15 miutes walking) to the sea are definite highlights, and communication with the owner was very responsive and pleasant throughout our stay.

We had a good dinner there (ceviche, whole fried fish, beer). Order it ahead if you can.

This is a stunning place to stay and we could not recommend it highly enough. It is large, bright, beautifully decorated and furnished with efficient AC. A great bonus having such a large, quiet outside space to enjoy. It was a delight to stay here and the apartment was full of thoughtful touches. Every need was taken into consideration and we lacked for nothing. Ileana was a wonderful host and couldn't do enough for us. She even provided us with a reliable taxi driver for our return trip. In addition, communication was fast and efficient. The location was excellent, close to many bars and restaurants. We wished we'd booked a longer stay!

The hotel was impressive, the staff were very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning!. We only had one night, but we could've stayed much longer. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
