No need to use air conditioning at all, so nice to have the room tempeerature because of the huge open terrace. Well organised, well equipped with barely a noticeable staff presence. Easy access down to the beach (approx: 50 m). We will definitely return on our next business trip.

Beautiful and clean, we were very comfortable in our room on the second floor and enjoyed the awesome pool with a good complimentary espresso. We were only in San Blas one night but I almost wanted to stay more just to enjoy this nice hotel. I highly recommend!

I booked a room with breakfast included, which I recommend. When you check in they put a band on your arm which signifies you get the free breakfast. Eat all you want:) The breakfast was fantastic, and the view from the open air rooftop restaurant makes it spectacular. The service was quick and the food was delicious! I had a hamburger that was the best one I've eaten in a long time. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was bigger than I anticipated. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For the money, this is by far the best hotel I've booked in many years!

We had the most magical stay. In the morning, from our room, we saw whales in the bay. We walked down to hotel basalto for breakfast. However, there are facilities here to cook. Just across the street is the main entrance to the beach. Its perfect white sand. The pool is also very relaxing! We had lunch at barracuda restaurant (so good!). Our room was clean and perfect for two people! The A/C unit kept us very comfortable at night. Highly recommend this place!!!

The area was kept clean even though it was pretty crowded , plus the food was kept warm and servers were very attentive to our needs.

Every single person was incredibly kind, helpful, and always attentive to anything I needed. They made me feel truly welcomed, almost as if I were part of their family and had known them forever. That personal touch created such a warm atmosphere that it turned my stay into a memorable and unique experience, especially thanks to Nico and Jaz who were excellent hosts and made everything even better.
