We had a great stay in this small cute hotel. Breakfast was amazing and every detail cured well! Staff very friendly and the location is perfect to explore Cancun downtown! It was so close to the water, you could go for a swim any time in shallow, clear water. There is only 10 rooms, so it’s never crowded. The staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful and kind. Jess the manager was so attentive and spoke great English, and the receptionists were very helpful. The restaurant food is absolutely delicious, the chef is very talented.

The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. The couch was extremely comfortable and a nice place to wind down and watch a movie with the kids. The king bed was comfortable. The large double room has 2 queen beds which are a little on the hard side and the linens not quite as nice. The room is beautiful though and lots of space. The roof top pool was nice for the kids. Not big or deep but they enjoyed playing and swimming and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and the view. I would absolutely return here.

La Palma Holbox terletak di Isla Holbox, berjarak 4 menit jalan kaki dari Playa Holbox dan 2,5 km dari Punta Coco. This hotel is located in a central yet quiet area. Despite being fully booked, it maintained a calm atmosphere, and I didn't hear any noise from neighbors or the street. The cleanliness is impressive, and I found the room to be spacious with a very comfortable bed. It's just a 7-minute walk to the port and 5 minutes to the beach, with a fantastic restaurant right across the street. Everything you need is conveniently close by. I would recommend it 100%.

The place is new, modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful little touches. Huge shoutout to the cleaning crew and the front desk staff — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!
