The best hotel in terms of value for money I have stayed in. The room was incredible, super clean with a modern design. The pool was beautiful and clean with a great view, great djs playing house music, good vibe. The bar was great. A bit pricey but I get it, it’s hotel prices. One issue I had is that in this area nothing is in walking distance. You have to cab to get to most places but if you want to relax and take it easy i totally recommend this hotel.

Hotel je pár metrů pěšky od centra i od pláže a zároveň stranou od ruchu hlavní silnice.Měli jsme pokoj s výhledem na moře a kuchyňkou.Personál byl ve všem nápomocný,pokoje perfektně uklizené.Snidaně velmi dobré.

Itare Beach House poskytuje restauraci, venkovní bazén, sdílený lounge a terasu. Pláž Playa Bucerias se nachází 300 metrů odtud. A sense of space and freedom throughout the property. Fantastic ocean views, atmosphere. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean with the patio doors open is fantastic! No need to use air conditioning at all, so nice to have the room tempeerature because of the huge open terrace. Well organised, well equipped with barely a noticeable staff presence. Easy access down to the beach (approx: 50 m). We will definitely return on our next business trip.

The place was exactly like the photos, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the shower was excellent, and the overall design felt fresh and inviting. The location couldn’t be better, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

It was AMAZING! I booked a room with breakfast included, which I recommend. When you check in they put a band on your arm which signifies you get the free breakfast. Eat all you want:) The breakfast was fantastic, and the view from the open air rooftop restaurant makes it spectacular. The service was quick and the food was delicious! I had a hamburger that was the best one I've eaten in a long time. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was bigger than I anticipated. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For the money, this is by far the best hotel I've booked in many years!

The food was very good, and most of the staff members were really nice. Super clean amazing views from the room.

Excellent old-world Mexican style villa right in the centre of the Romantic Zone, within steps of the beach. Wonderful staff, a great little pool and all the amenities of an apartment. We had a wonderful experience the entire time.

So well done. Quiet place overall, away from the hustle and bustle just a few blocks away. Views are fantastic. Restaurant pretty tasty too and the pool side service and attention was great! Our unit, Verde, was huge! Loved that. Pretty much like a 2bd apartment!
