The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant. Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed. The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

Best Western Plus Riviera Veracruz ofrece alojamiento 4 estrellas frente al mar en Veracruz y tiene un gimnasio, jardín y zona de playa privada. Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación, muy cómoda, una cama muy amplia, un baño fantástico. Muy buena señal de wifi y la playa espectacular.

It was like having an apartment away from home. Very good area to go out and have a walk. Close by to very nice restaurants and 2 blocks away from the beach front. Bathroom and shower are more updated than others we've stayed at. Room was spacious and great lighting. Beds where not too hard or soft and you definitely didn't feel the springs underneath. Check in was great... but you do have to be in contact because it is not self check in. Parking is not free and you do need to call ahead to verify how and where you can park. They do have the courtesy to have basic toiletries available. All in all it's a great place.

Even though it is located in a very busy boulevard, I had no problems with noise. The beds are OK and the number of pillows provided is good. The room is very spacious and it had a terrace (which I never figured out how to access). It has an OXXO just 100m away.

El Ananta Hotel & Spa ofrece una pileta al aire libre abierta durante todo el año y vistas al mar en Casitas. También alberga un bar. Fuimos en familia y estuvimos muy bien.
