In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.

AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City fica em Kota Kinabalu, perto de Filipino Market Sabah, KK Esplanade e Atkinson Clock Tower. A acomodação tem Wi-Fi grátis. O quarto é muito bonito! A decoração é de muito bom gosto. Apesar de pequeno, é muito bem organizado e as amenidades são ótimas. O chuveiro é excelente! Localização também é excelente, próximo a restaurantes e shoppings. A equipe que administra a estadia é muito prestativa e eficiente. Sempre responde rapidamente às mensagens e os processos de check-in e check-out são rápidos e fáceis.

Big room, very clean, very nice decorated, AC works perfect, huge window, and a minifridge, located centraly, plenty of food options nearby. Still, keep in mind that the rooms are at the second and the third floor and there is no elevator.
