Villa abuts the ocean; you wake up to the sound of crashing waves right outside. Private swimming pool offers refreshing reprieve from the hot days, and romantic hangout on evenings. In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.

AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City is located in Kota Kinabalu, less than 1 km from Filipino Market Sabah, 2.8 km from Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village, as well as 5.5 km from North Borneo... Extremely well supplied with modern technology. We were so impressed with the quality of the room as the area seems at first not so ideal. Absolutely unforgettable!!

Set in Kota Kinabalu and within 400 metres of Filipino Market Sabah, CJ Residence - Opposite Public Bank Centre Point features a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. I absolutely loved the place! It was the best accommodation during this trip in Malaysia and Thailand. Staff is super super helpful, it is very clean, even has a massage chair which I totally loved, you even get a socks for it in case you don’t have one. Just Fantastic!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
