Wonderful stay. This residence is a gem, very clean and very nicely located. A lot of local food nearby. Hosts are just awesome, communication and check-in smooth and easy. Has all the amenities needed and a very comfortable bed. We stayed 2 nights in this place. We liked the place so much that opted for another 3 nights. Recommended.

AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City is located in Kota Kinabalu, less than 1 km from Filipino Market Sabah, 2.8 km from Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village, as well as 5.5 km from North Borneo... Amazing staff and service (they let me store the luggage 2 days after I left for free, because I was in KK for a couple of hours). Great location and so clean inside.

The staff was very helpful and proactive with offering their help. Everything was very clean. The room is equipped with good amenities such as portable charger, sanitizer spray etc. Location was good as well as it was near a lot of food options!
