All nice, simple small hotel but very cute. Amazing location, view, toast with spreads available all day, very clean, beds very comfy and bigger size. Nice showers. Safe entrance on the chip. Internet great and nice small carpet area for work, chill, with TV.

Loved everything about it!! Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

Kota Kinabalu noktasındaki Sabah Filipin Pazarı, KK Esplanade ve Atkinson Clock Tower yakınında yer alan AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City tesisinde ücretsiz WiFi mevcuttur. Amazing owner/manager. We never met in person but they were always answering WhatsApp in one second. (Thank you for everything!) The room was very clean and nice. Cleaning and new towels possible every day. Some cosmetics in the bathroom. A bit small room but for few nights it was ok. Great WiFi and perfect location.

Best place we’ve stayed at in Malaysia so far. Great location - right next to the KK night market. Really nice, clean room with so many amenities! Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again.

The room was sparkling clean and spacious. Check in process was very smooth and the staff was very responsive to all our requests. Location is very good with cafés, shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying there!
