The location of the room that we stayed in was the perfect location to view the Causeway and Singapore. We had wanted so much to have that exact location and we got it! The room were cleaned n nicely arranged. Only too squeezing for my 3 daughters to share on 1 bed. The check in was smooth too even though we had to check in nearly 2hrs later as we had arrived at 3pm.. But Overall stayed was excellent 👍 👍 Hoping our next stay we will get room Unit: B3A-2 level 43A #03A..

The host was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious and well designed. Good location. Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.

Das Personal ist absolut top – aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Der Besitzer hat uns sogar mit seinem Auto ins Zentrum gefahren und wieder abgeholt, und am nächsten Tag hat er uns zum Pier gebracht und bei der Organisation der Fährtickets geholfen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, und alles funktioniert tadellos. Die Außenbereiche sind wunderschön und laden zum Sitzen und Entspannen ein. Kaffee und Cracker stehen zur Verfügung, ebenso ein Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen und wohl gefühlt, und auch die Kinder durften nach Herzenslust spielen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt super und wir würden die Mersing Maple Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

The landscaping was well maintained, and the overall resort design was beautiful. All the staff were kind, and especially Wana, who speaks Korean well, played very nicely with my child. I still remember the croissants from the breakfast buffet. The nasi goreng and prawn sauce prepared by the chef at Ambara were truly outstanding. Since we only stayed for two days, we couldn’t try a wide variety of dishes, but we plan to visit again. The pandan scones were also delicious. And I really loved looking out over the sea from the pool.There are many beautifully designed resorts in the region but not many that combine friendly staff with delicious food.
