There's a bar here and a kitchen for preparing food. There is power and wifi. All our needs were met and we highly recommend. Perfect place for nature enthusiasts.

Delicious food in the restaurant, hearty free breakfast. Monkeys and many species of birds around. Loved our stay here, highly recommend!

The location was amazing, right on the water. Fell asleep and woke up to the waves crashing against the shore every night. There is a gorgeous and spacious back deck with hammocks and chairs and it’s covered from the sun. We spent full days while recovering from long travel or hiking conception just reading in the hammocks and relaxing! The shared kitchen is amazing, has everything you need. The people staying here at the same time as us were incredible and fun to chat with. The host was extremely helpful and kind, quick to answer questions and give helpful tips or help you to arrange things! The price of this stay is incredible! We could have stayed for so much longer!

Great shared spaces, the lake is accessible right at the back of the property for a fresh swim with locals, the staff are really friendly and helpful and have food, scooters, etc on offer for reasonable price. Balgue was a great location for tranquility but proximity to attractions of Ometepe. Cute dogs :) good value for money.

I Santa Cruz, under 1 kilometer fra Santo Domingo-stranden, ligger Hotel Restaurante Los Cocos, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. Clean and spacious room with air con and mozzie screens. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious and we had a good dinner one evening. The restaurant closes 8:30/9pm - it’s fairly quiet in the evenings (also closed Monday eve) - but we were able to play games and bring drinks in to sit at a table until late. Great location across the road from the lake for a dip and a local market on Saturday. And a little roof terrace with view of the volcanos. Decent supermarket (with ATM) 2 minutes walk and a few other restaurants within walking distance but take cash only.
