Beautiful views, excellent staff and we loved all the natural beauty of the property. Would stay again on my next visit to Omeptepe. The playa mangos bar and restaurant was wonderful and just a short walk away. We ate breakfast at La Sirenita up top on their covered deck and was delicious. Loved our casita, super comfortable and we slept better than ever. Can't wait to go back. I even had to take an online/interactive 3 hour class for continuing education, and the wifi was excellent the entire time. Sat on my deck overlooking Lake Nicaragua and had a fabulous Zoom class.

Nastanitev Rancho Tranquillo se nahaja ob obali v mestu Moyogalpa, 34 km od znamenitosti vulkan Maderas, in ponuja vrt ter teraso. V nastanitvi imate na voljo brezplačen WiFi in informacijski pult. The ranch is beautiful and spaceous with lots of hammocks and spots to hang out. Daniela and Tony are the absolute best, so kind and helpful. There is only one dorm, so not that many people, and because of that it feels like a small family. The ranch is 15 minute walk from the town/ferry, so it is nice and quiet. The breakfasts are amazing and really good value, and one day we had a family dinner, which was delicious. You are surrounded by animals and flowers and trees, even mango-trees which you can help yourself from! They organise volcano tour (with delicious packed lunch), kayak and laundry if you need. This was my favourite place to stay on my trip, everyone should go visit this ranch!!

Nastanitev El Bamboo Cabins se nahaja v mestu Balgue in ponuja brezplačen WiFi, vrt s teraso ter pogled na jezero. Che was an amazing host with lots of local recommendations and helped us book a scooter, ATV and gave us recommendations for horseback riding. This is an incredibly unique and beautiful cabin that Che built himself as a labour of love for his original home on Ometepe Island. We felt incredibly lucky to have stumbled on this absolute gem of a place to stay in one of the most special places in the world.

Nastanitev Finca La Magia se nahaja v mestu Ometepe, 5,4 km od znamenitosti vulkan Maderas, in ponuja razgled na gore, brezplačen WiFi ter brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. Absolutely loved staying at Finca La Magia! It's such a beautiful and quiet spot, the staff was incredibly friendly and all facilities and rooms were spot clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor showers and the pets were adorable as well

The owner was very accommodating and waited up late for our arrival after we were delayed. He also gave us some helpful tips and tricks for Ometepe and good recommendations. The place itself is pretty basic but all we needed and very good value for money. Lovely veranda with views of the lake and hammocks to relax in.

Nastanitev Hostal Así es mi Tierra se nahaja v mestu Balgue, 12 km od znamenitosti vulkan Maderas, in ponuja vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter teraso. We loved the relaxed vibe and how everything is set up and decorated, it's really really beautiful and we enjoyed just sitting around on our porch immensely! the location is great as it's away from the crazy hostel stuff but not too far with tons of great local places near by. Getting to all parts of the island from Balgue was ideal as well and everywhere you turn you see one of the volcanoes since you're right in between them. If you turn right from the place you get back into the main hostel area in a few minutes (on bike) and if you turn left you find really beautiful roadways and scenery and you can get away from all the "traveler" stuff. Cafe compestre is just down the street (2 min walking) where you can get a really really good cappuccino. My boyfriend also got a haircut across the street haha. The food they made us was so so so good (our favorite if we HAD to pick was probably the burritos, and they make some of the best smoothies on the island). we were also able to get our moto bike and kayaking through the family as well, and everything was a really good price and easy. On day 4 or so we found a hole in the tire which they fixed in just a couple hours and they didn't charge us which we really appreciated. There was a power outage one evening (it happens on the island from time to time) and they set us up with a candlelit dinner and we just loved that (picture below). The family who owns this are truly wonderful people and we felt really at home, possibly too at home as we were supposed to stay 5 nights and we stayed 9 or 10 😂. I usually got up early and worked a few hours in the balcony seating area with a coffee or smoothie, so can confirm working here is also no problem. For context, I was working fully online building a webpage with large files so internet needed to be really functioning well, and it was :)

Nastanitev Hotel Restaurante Los Cocos je v mestu Santa Cruz, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Plaža Playa de Santo Domingo, in nudi vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, skupni prostor za druženje ter... I booked with incorrect dates and the owners was so nice to offer us a family room, that saved our stay. The restaurants breakfast was amazing.
