We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Muscat and cannot recommend it highly enough. What truly stood out was the incredible attention we received from every member of the staff. Everyone was kind, approachable, always available with a genuine smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever experienced in terms of customer care. The food was another highlight of our stay. The buffet is outstanding, offering a great variety of cuisines that change daily. A special mention to Marinel and all the waiters and waitresses, who took excellent care of us and made every meal a pleasure. We also visited the spa and enjoyed a massage and a facial treatment—both were absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. An excellent experience in every way, and we truly hope to return.

But diners should absolutely be tried. The food is served based on various themes which changes day by day. But our favorite was seafood nights. That’s why we’d like to thank the chef.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were given the royal treatment. Hassan Gunay, the manager, was especially helpful. All in all, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even after years of regular travel.
