After 4 weeks travelling around Peru we came to El Samay and it was just perfect. From the warm welcome from Marianne when we arrived to the moment we left it was the best way to spend 4 nights of peace and quiet in the most beautiful setting. The staff were all fantastic, Veronica was on the end of whatsap should we need any help with absolutely anything and we were very sad to leave this morning. The area is super peaceful - perfect to unwind, swim in the sea and the beautifully clean pool and to just sit on our balcony watching humpback whales ( I saw 7 in three days - keep your eyes peeled ) was magical. The food was great , being brought a 7.30am coffee each morning was such a treat and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for a wonderful few days.

The facilities were spotless, and the hotel's location was amazingly picturesque, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. I really like their staff; they were so respectful and kind towards us. I would definitely go back again at another time.
