Exceptionally nice stuff and the most generous and welcoming owner that helped us with everything we needed. We fell in love in Camiguin, and without a doubt this place had a huge part of it. It was how I imagined a vacation and disconnect from busy Metro life would be. the location was perfect as its a 3-min walk to the main road and easy walk to some restaurants but also a couple of mins walking distance to the beach. the place was quiet, surrounded by nature. staff were really nice! thank you Ms Nana, Ms Cora and Sir Rene for making my stay wonderful!

The resort is amazing, very well manteined in every detail. The staff is very welcoming and nice, always happy to support. Alex and Romain, the owners, welcomed us like old friends, making us feel at home. We have also been very lucky as we were the only two guests temporarily hosted in the resort, so we had the chance to enjoy it a lot.

This place is probably one of the best I have ever experienced in the Philippines. The views, the place and the rooms were great, but the best of it was how welcoming the team was. We felt like we were visiting a family member. From the very beginning they picked us up from the airport, they helped us and explained everything in a very personal way. We had an array of transportation possibilities facilitated by the team. The rooms and the facilities were all properly clean and they were well equipped to cover for all needs. The breakfast was simply the best we have had so far around the country. It was big, it was tasty and nicely presented. Overall it was an amazing experience and we are so thankful for the treatment we received.

The best place I have stayed in Camiguin in 15 years or coming to the island. My partner & I were some of the first guests for their “soft opening” and they have hit the nail on the head from the beginning. The villas & restaurant area - the entire grounds - are incredibly beautiful and also very private. Despite the large space, it feels cosy and homely - family-run vibe, and they are well known by & integrated with the locals, also respecting the local area with their low-key presence. The plant life/jungle feel are wonderful. Beautiful sunset down at the main pool, and a small pool in the villa with complete privacy. Sea view from the bed, wonderful food, great cocktails, everyone so friendly, and when something was needed (sometimes before we could even ask) it was there the next day! If you want to enjoy a little luxury, you CANNOT miss out on Balihao! We WILL be back :)
