Providing sea views, Dryft Darocotan Island in El Nido provides accommodation, a private beach area, a garden, a terrace and a bar. I spent three days looking for a place to meet my criteria: very close to nature, beautiful beaches, isolated, quiet, no parties, no children, and good rating. And I found Dryft Darocotan. Even if I don't get to see any more of the Philippines, I would feel that I saw the best of it. The beaches are white and pink. Every sunset is different. At night you can just sit and look at the stars. During day time, you can swim, paddle board, snorkel near the ship wreck, see colorful fish or spend time at the restaurant. I loved all the healthy and delicious options on the menu - even though I'm not vegetarian, I was happy to see that they had one or two vegetarian / vegan options for every meal. I chose a Hive Hut, which was very spacious and clean. Also I was surprised that insects didn't bother us at all. There were just tons of butterflies and little hermit crabs who were busy doing their things. The best part of this experience were the people working at Dryft - as helpful and friendly as all the Filipinos I've met. Thank you so much for being so kind and welcoming, Dryft crew!

Set in El Nido, Palawan region, Z Garden Hotel Managed by H Hospitality is located a few steps from El Nido Beach. What I really liked about this stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. (shout out Remy), and another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot. They kindly helped treat my leg after I accidentally fell into a hole, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was very nice, clean, and well equipped with plenty of amenities. I was impressed by the high-quality equipment, such as the Smeg water heater and Dyson hair dryer, as well as the LED mirror. The air conditioning was very cold, making the room extremely comfortable. The location was also great, just outside the main town, so it was peaceful and away from the noise, yet still convenient. Additionally, the hotel did an excellent job arranging my Tour A activities and assisting with bike rental, which made my stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Excellent and comfortable facilities, spacious, with everything you need and everything clean; it's very welcoming. From the owner to the staff, everyone is very attentive and caring. The location is a bit further from the center, which is appreciated by those seeking tranquility, especially considering the beautiful view. Here you really don't have to worry about anything; everything is very well organized. Highly recommended!

Facing the beachfront, Morgan Villas offers 4-star accommodation in El Nido and features a garden, shared lounge and terrace. Exceptional little gem of a hotel - definitely the best one during our whole trip to Philippines. It is just far enough away so that the noise of the city center is nothing you need to be worried about, yet still close enough so that everything remains walking distance. Rooms are spatious and brand new with really comfortable beds. But what really sets the hotel apart is the staff who really go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended!!
