The location and the room were perfect – everything was just right. There is also a good restaurant nearby. The host made our stay even more special. Since we could hardly find yogurt in the Philippines and missed it a lot, she prepared her homemade yogurt for us every morning. It was absolutely delicious – thank you so much again for that! She also helped us a lot with booking other things, like a van or a boat tour in Romblon, Romblon. Her kindness and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. She was also very flexible with our booking. We ended up extending our stay for two more days because we loved the island so much. We can truly recommend this place!

Patrick, Philipp, Kati, Roseby, and all the diving crew led us to the best sites and gave us the opportunity to photograph all the ocean critters for which Romblon is famous

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Noor Villa - Luxury 3 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment with Stunning Panoramic Sea View, Private Beach is located in Pinamihagan. When we booked this accommodation it seemed almost to good to be true. But the villa surpassed our expectations. Beautifully located on the southern part of Carabao Island overlooking the see and with a view on Boracay. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and in good working order. The pool was nice especially for sunsets. The spacious terrace was the best place to be, with always a refreshing breeze. Our host Rose is a gem. She picked us up from San Jose and did eveything to make our stay unforgetable.

Haus am Strand auf Sibuyan Island nahe Cresta de Gallo - Marevic's Guesthouse 1 ohne Klimaanlage is situated in Azagra. The place is run by the very nice and helpful Filipino/German couple Marevic (Marie) and Uwe. They will help you in organising everything from a day trip to Cresta De Gallo (for 3500 pesos as of March 2024) to the transfer back to Magdiwang if you have to catch a ferry to leave this spectacular yet relaxed island. Two well equipped and modern bungalows in a beautiful garden make you instantly feel home away from home. Marevic handles everything food related and Uwe is the facility manager. Even if there is a brownout on the island: no worries, solar powered batteries will take care of the situation. So you will never be long without light - or Wi-Fi… 😉 Don’t forget to try the homemade icecream. My favourite was Ube (some slightly salty sort of beetroot in a deep purple colour). The continental breakfast is delicious and after weeks of instant coffee I especially enjoyed the filter coffee. The bread with jam was also very nice. My favourite for dinner was the tasty burger. The meals can either be enjoyed on your own patio or in a bamboo shack right in front of the beach with Cresta De Gallo in the distance.

Beautifully constructed rooms and facilities. Marilyn was an incredible host! We felt so at home and her cooking was incredible! It’s an island paradise, with great sea life right in front of the essentially private beach.
