To check in you need to head to the main ticket booth, we didn't realize this and when we arrived there was a HUGE queue because of a party - English isn't spoken by many of the staff so learn some polish before you go!

Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat (solo, couples, and family/groups).
