We loved every minute of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade, a free drink at the bar, and bottled water in our room. Our fourth-floor room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a minibar, kettle, and espresso machine, along with a generous supply of complimentary teas, coffees, and replenished water. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the reception team, who were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent guidance day and night. The only area for improvement would be the bar service. On one occasion, I was told there was no Grappa, only to find it myself. Another time, I ordered a specific type of Port from the menu but received a different one. A bit more training for the bar staff on available selections would make the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return!

With a prime location in Lisbon's Old Town, Grape Harbor features elegant accommodation at just 500 metres from Rossio. Everything was excellent and exceeded expectations. Would like to especially commend Aluce and Beatrice of the front desk. Both so friendly, helpful and professional.
