From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. The team's warm hospitality shone through, and their 24/7 WhatsApp availability was a game-changer! Any question, any time, they were there with a friendly and helpful response. The room was stunning. It was the perfect combination of a beautiful hotel room with the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped apartment. Everything felt brand new, meticulously clean, and beautifully designed, and having a kitchen and all the necessary appliances was a huge plus! It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, everything was within easy reach. In addition, the hotel staff went above and beyond to suggest hidden gems and must-see spots around the island, tailoring the advice to my interests. I can't recommend this place highly enough! If you're looking for exceptional service, beautiful accommodations that feel like a comfortable apartment, a prime location, look no further. You won't be disappointed!

Die Unterkunft TURIM Santa Maria Hotel, die in Funchal, 800 m von Strand Almirante Reis entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, einem Privatparkplatz, einer... Fabulous hotel 10 mins from the port. Large hotel with large rooms/bathrooms and great sea views. Check in was a breeze, extremely polite and helpful reception staff, very happy to share their knowledge and experiences. They have a great rooftop bar by the pool (too cold to swim when I was here), but I did go to the rooftop bar several times. Staff was amazing, made great drinks (try the Poncha!) and always made me feel welcome. Breakfast was phenomenal, huge breakfast room with hot, cold, veggies, local fruits. Competent and polite staff...always very clean, delicious!! Highly recommend this hotel!! 10 stars!

Die Unterkunft Savoy Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World - Savoy Signature, die in Funchal, 1,8 km von Strand Praia do Gorgulho – Gavinas entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über... The hotel was excepcional, the stuff very friendly and helpfull. And the highlight was the spa, we highly recomend it.

Die São Francisco Accommodation befindet sich in einem 6-stöckigen renovierten Gebäude mit einem Aufzug in Funchal, 5 Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Wonderful location! Just 2 blocks inland from the waterfront, we could be to the main attractions in 5 minutes. We didn’t rent a car, so a hotel in easy walking distance was fantastic. The hotel is very nice. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included, which was a nice perk. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries.

Das neu renovierte 4-Sterne Hotel Baía Azul ist ideal nur 4 Gehminuten vom Strand Funchal entfernt. Personal war unglaublich freundlich, Service war phänomenal. Jeden Tag eine neue Überraschung um Zimmer durch das Servicepersonal.

Das Meliã Madeira Mare erwartet Sie in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Funchal mit Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean. Hotel was immaculate. Staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Cleanliness of hotel throughout was impeccable. Room was beautiful, spacious and trendy.Food from buffet breakfast to dinner was absolutely amazing. Decor throughout the hotel was top class. I especially admired the layout of the sculptures. Art throughout the hotel was captivating.Location of hotel was perfect. Leads directly onto beach walk. Only a few minutes from central Funchal. Few minutes from cable car system. Few minutes from Funchal port. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to both family and friends for all occasions.

The pictures do not do the property justice, it’s an amazing place to stay, from the moment you walk in the door you feel cozy in a very spacious setting. And the staff, they were all just wonderful, specially Margerida at front desk. Also, it’s a great location to do some exploring in the area and it’s near to different hiking trails (by car).
