Any question, any time, they were there with a friendly and helpful response. The room was stunning. It was the perfect combination of a beautiful hotel room with the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped apartment. Everything felt brand new, meticulously clean, and beautifully designed, and having a kitchen and all the necessary appliances was a huge plus! It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, everything was within easy reach. In addition, the hotel staff went above and beyond to suggest hidden gems and must-see spots around the island, tailoring the advice to my interests. I can't recommend this place highly enough! If you're looking for exceptional service, beautiful accommodations that feel like a comfortable apartment, a prime location, look no further. You won't be disappointed!

Ubytovanie TURIM Santa Maria Hotel sa nachádza v Funchale 9 min. chôdze od miesta Pláž Praia do Almirante Reis. Ubytovanie bolo pekné a čisté, osobitne by som vyzdvihla pohodlnosť postelí, veľké príjemné prikrývky a ticho v noci, keď sme z vedľajších izieb nepočuli žiadny hluk. Spalo sa tam vynikajúco a vrátili sme domov oddýchnutí. Zároveň by som chcela vyzdvihnúť milý prístup a obsluhu čašníkov, ktorí pracovali počas Vianoc s príjemným úsmevom. Tiež sme po každom našom príchode z výletu, našli krásne upratanú izbu. Raňajky aj večere nám chutili, každý deň bola na výber z 2 jedál aj ryba, výborne pripravená. Celému personálu, ktorý sa o nás počas Vianoc staral, prajeme šťastný nový rok 2026.

Ubytovanie Savoy Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World - Savoy Signature sa nachádza v Funchale 1,8 km od miesta Pláž Praia do Gorgulho – Gavinas. The hotel was excepcional, the stuff very friendly and helpfull. And the highlight was the spa, we highly recomend it.

Featuring free WiFi, São Francisco Accommodation is a renovated building with 6 floors and a lift. It offers modern rooms in Funchal, within a 5-minute walk from the harbour. Wonderful location! Just 2 blocks inland from the waterfront, we could be to the main attractions in 5 minutes. We didn’t rent a car, so a hotel in easy walking distance was fantastic. The hotel is very nice. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included, which was a nice perk. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries.

Perched on a cliff facing the Atlantic Ocean, this design hotel is within a renovated traditional farmhouse. We liked literally everything ! The hotel has a variety facilities including an infinity pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, lots of outdoor lounge seatings. It offers complementary daily shuttle to Funchal and transfers to nearby levada walks. Breakfast was super delicious with many options! Best of all, the people are just amazingly friendly and kind! They went above and beyond to help us! One day we had to miss breakfast for a sunrise hike, the kitchen staff packed us sandwiches, water, fruit juices etc. Do yourself a favor and book a room in this hotel :) I hope we will be back soon!

Štvorhviezdičkový Hotel Baía Azul má ideálnu polohu v blízkosti pláže mesta Funchal a ponúka vonkajší bazén so slnečnou terasou s výhľadom na Atlantický oceán. Breakfast is phenomenal - large selection and even sparkling wine to make your own mimosa! Also a plus that there are multiple coffee machines so you never have to wait for your morning coffee. Front desk staff was also very helpful - no complaints.

Hotel was immaculate. Staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Cleanliness of hotel throughout was impeccable. Room was beautiful, spacious and trendy.Food from buffet breakfast to dinner was absolutely amazing. Decor throughout the hotel was top class. I especially admired the layout of the sculptures. Art throughout the hotel was captivating.Location of hotel was perfect. Leads directly onto beach walk. Only a few minutes from central Funchal. Few minutes from cable car system. Few minutes from Funchal port. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to both family and friends for all occasions.

The seafront 4-star hotel Aqua Natura Bay in Madeira features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub. A gym is also available, as well as an on-site diving centre. Wonderful hotel and location. Great breakfast, and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank David Santos for welcoming us.
