Abdelfatah insured best service possible, our stay was very pleasant, all our requests was done promptly, 5* service!

Loved this Hotel, including the amenities and the people. The staff was incredibly nice, always so helpful and kind. Great breakfast and buffet dinner. On arrival we were given delicious chocolates and on our final night we were surprised by an invitation for cocktails with the management team, which made us feel very special. Beautiful beaches and pools too. Nothing negative to add.

First of all location - you have everything in no more than 5 minutes walk - beach, supermarkets, takeaway, bus stop. It was super clean , well thought out for small details.Ted was super helpful- I forgot a phone after check out, we arrived to airport and a lady from airport staff was on call with him to tell us that, luckily we still had time and were with a taxi, so we managed to go back to pick it up. I also loved a terrace with amazing garden view, it was super quite you can listen birds and look how bats flying at a sunset. You can also see a bat of the owner in a garden. Airco worked well, also you can use fans , tv with YouTube access, WiFi on high speed, at the kitchen everything what you need , washing machine. Would come back without doubts and recommend to friends. Thank you 👍🏼

Our stay at Bay Seychelles Boutique Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The room was spotless, everything felt brand new, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The staff were dedicated and attentive, but the true highlight of our stay was the owner. She is genuinely an angel. During check-in she took her time with us, asked about our interests, and essentially tailored our entire stay to what we enjoy. From activities to hidden beaches, from restaurants to local spots — her recommendations were spot on every single time. We had an early flight and needed to check out before breakfast, and to our surprise, she personally came by our apartment in the morning to deliver a breakfast pack for each of us. That level of care is something you simply don’t see often. Bay Seychelles Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If I could give a higher score, I would. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We’ve never stayed anywhere that has put so much thought into every single detail to ensure guests feel comfortable — everything was simply perfect. We would happily return again and again. Absolutely worth it, with an amazing host and truly lovely staff.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The attention to detail and personalized service exceeded expectations throughout the stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, new and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. The view is absolutely stunning and makes the whole experience even more special. We would definitely recommend Casa Gem to anyone looking for a peaceful place with fantastic service and an amazing view.

She was great with communication in advance and during. The villa was clean, comfortable and had an beautiful view. Cecile went a above and beyond to organize expeditions and to make sure that I was comfortable. I would really love to go back!

The apartment was fully equipped, super clean, and had nice spaces with a lovely terrace. The host, Chris, is very nice and helpful, he gave us great recommendations for things to do and places where to eat. Highly recommended!
