Food was good and well- priced. Naturubuntu is very well run, clean and very eco-friendky. It sits between a lake on one side which was nearly full in December from.the rainy season. It is full of birds and at least one crocodile, beautiful spot. On the other side is the very busy fishing beach and tto the North just miles of sand, sun and sea. Plenty of day trips available and Robert will help you organise them. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We always come here - it has become our second home in Cap Skirring. I can only recommend it. Restaurants are on the beach and home delivery of food is available. The roof terrace is the best, access to beach approx. 200 meters. For this price its just genious. Rooms are clean, big and the internet is very fast. Take a room with a balcony it available.

And a very short taxi ride (less than 5 minutes from the centre of town). Walkable. Very close to the beach. Great communications. Unhesitatingly recommended.

20 km from Basse-Casamance National Park, Oasis club is a recently renovated property situated in Cap Skirring and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The hotel was immaculate & the staff were exceptional. Yannick should be very proud of what he has achieved. It felt like we were part of an extended family. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The whole experience was so good we stayed an extra night.

This place offer special experience different from the standard. Nature is all around you, food is fresh and delicious, staff is warm and fun. Time slows down while you watch the sun rise and set, the tides come and go and the beach crabs go around their day. Internet is slow or missing but I think this only adds to the charm of the place.

A very peaceful & quite location a short walk less than 400m to lovely quiet beach . Abene village is a 15 min walk via either beach or bush tracks . Our Hosts did everything to make you feel at home in the sprit of Senegalese culture in Wolof language "Teraanga" translates as " hospitality”, “consideration”. The rooms were comfortable, clean & well furnished. The gardens and the buildings are very well maintained. The meals were lovely and hospitality was exceptional at all meal times. Highly recommended for an relaxation escape holiday. A day time sleep in the hammock in the garden is a must do !! I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.
