I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

The cleaners would make adjustments if you wanted to sleep in. The massage shop in the lobby of the Hotel is great and friendly staff. they have a mini convenient store next to the lobby with good pricing.

Set within 3.5 km of King Power Pattaya Complex and 3.2 km of Alcazar Cabaret, Grande Centre Point Pattaya features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Pattaya Central. We were very pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude toward a gluten-free diet, not only at breakfast but also in the rooftop restaurant (special thanks to the intern Freya). The breakfasts were very good and varied. Excellent location with direct access to Terminal 21. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was equipped with a very practical smart toilet — just add an AI assistant and you'd want to stay there even longer 😉. We would definitely choose the same hotel again for our next stay.
