I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

Erinomainen aamiainen, runsaasti vaihtoehtoja, täysin itse valittavissa. Huone todella hyvä, todella hyvä sänky, pyykkikone, keittotaso, vedenkeitin. Henkilökunta toimitti pyykinpesuainetta pyydettäessä. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja palvelu erittäin hyvää.

Pattayan keskustassa sijaitsevaan Hotel Amber Pattayaan kuuluu ravintola, kuntokeskus, baari ja puutarha. Tässä 4 tähden hotellissa on myös huonepalvelu ja lastenhoitopalvelu. The staff are fantastic and attentive. The cleaners would make adjustments if you wanted to sleep in. The massage shop in the lobby of the Hotel is great and friendly staff. they have a mini convenient store next to the lobby with good pricing.

This hotel is was beautiful. Traveling with a family, including small children, it is situated just right for Pattaya with younger children. The staff were fantastic especially arrival and check in. Chin at the door was awesome and very helpful. I wrote down the names of the great staff who assisted with check in but lost the paper sorry. They had to check in 9 of us in our group at once and did so very quickly and provided so much information, very professional! The children were 'blown away' with the pool area and slides and the glass walkway! We were lucky enough to check in on the day of the kids's foam party at the pool and our 7 year old grandson rocked out like a pro! Unfortunatley, the weather was not the best, which we have never experienced in Thailand before, it was almost chilly and very windy at the pool area which meant that we didn't spend too much time swimming. I'm sure if the weather had been better, it would have been perfect to enjoy the pool. All the activities we used were free and the little ones enjoyed the kids club. All items in the room (fridge and snacks) were also free of charge and refreshed daily. Well done Grande Centre Point! Thank you!

Arden Hotel and Residence by At Mind sijaitsee 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Nykyaikaisessa majoituspaikassa on kattavat mukavuudet. Mukavan tilava huone, hyvällä sängyllä ja näkymällä uima-altaalle. Aamupala oli loistava ja jokaiseen makuun löytyi syötävää. Erityispisteet "munapisteestä" ja erillisestä salaattipöydästä, josta sai rakenneltua omaan makuun sopivan salaatin. Aivan mahtava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, tunsimme itsemme todellakin tervetulleeksi. Aivan hotellin vierestä (<100m) löytyvät sekä BigC ja 7/11 kaupat, sekä ravintoloita. Myös hotellin oman ravintolan tarjonta on todella kattava. Upea virkistävä uima-allas, punttisali ja sauna olivat loistava lisä, kun altaalla loikoilu alkaa tympäisemään. Suosittelen!
