I absolutely recommend this place. Some of the best points: 1) Staff - fantastic. Kindest people with attention to detail. Very reliable and accommodating to feedbacks. 2) Breakfast - phenomenal. We were there for 2 weeks and they had a rotation of different menus, and all tasted amazing. There are good ranges of western classics like bread/pastry, eggs/bacon/sausages, yogurt, and good Thai selection of noodles, porridge, rice dishes and tropical fruits. We were travelling with a baby, and they can accommodate for babies really well too. 3) Facilities / cleanliness - gym, yoga studio, massage, our room, everything was top notch. House keepers were so diligent also. 4) Fast response to feedback - some of the negative feedback from previous guests, like too few staff available for face-to-face contact outside the app, no one helping with the luggage, breakfast buffet being limited etc have been fixed. There were whole crew of staff moving our luggage from the car to our room, and breakfast menu being very diverse, and always staff available at the reception with one call away.

Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong, a boutique hotel in Patong beach. Situated in prime location nearby the beach, shops and entertainment hotspots. Having stayed at numerous hotels, I can confidently say this property delivered a truly exceptional and highly satisfying experience. The Breakfast: The selection was not only diverse and abundant, but the presentation and arrangement of the food were incredibly chic and stylish, which truly elevated our mood every morning. Room Comfort: The comfort was unparalleled. The bed and pillows were so exceptional that I wished I could have the exact same set for my home. Facilities: The amenities, shower room, and the pool were all perfect! The male members of our family who enjoy fitness were thrilled with the well-equipped gym. Service: The service provided by all staff members was consistently outstanding. We were particularly touched when the woman at the tour desk waved and smiled goodbye as we left. While I may not be staying near Patong Beach again, I am determined to seek out and book hotels of the same brand in other locations. This was truly magnificent.

Amatara Hotel in Phuket was the perfect getaway for us as a Greek couple visiting for a week. The breathtaking room views, heavenly spa treatments, and relaxing yoga sessions made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly polite, the pool and surroundings were serene, and while the location felt exclusive and remote, it was still convenient with tours offering pick-up services. Fantastic value for money—we’d love to return someday! Breakfast was exceptional, though dinner left room for improvement—the only minor downside to an otherwise unforgettable stay!

Perched upon a hilltop and only a 10-minute walk from Karon Beach, the uniquely-designed boutique Pacific Club Resort - SHA Extra Plus offers spectacular views and spacious accommodation with private... The resort was sparkling clean and I didn't spot a single bug or pest anywhere, which is surprising because they have a ton of greenery indoors. Moreover the lunch and dinner at the in-house restaurant was seriously fantastic and unique - especially the crab coconut curry which I've never had before.

Phuket Airport Hotel - SHA Extra Plus is the closest hotel to Phuket International Airport. Although only 400 metres away, it features minimal airport noise. Great place to start the unwinding process for a holiday. Quiet, conveniently located minutes from the airport (you could walk, but they also come and pick you up!), rooms are nice and clean, nice central courtyard with warm swimming pool. Staff is very nice! We ended up staying 2 nights as our flight was changed and we arrived a day earlier. It’s great value for money, of course it’s not a 5 star resort, but it does what it says on the tin, and it does it well!

Located on peaceful Tri-Trang Beach, Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach - SHA Plus Certified is 16 km from Phuket Town and 3 km from bustling Patong. Staff clearly stood out here. There was always someone who asked if we needed anything and they were all smiles! The kids club rocks! After 2 days our toddler was so comfy, we booked a babysitter for 3 hours and she just had a blast. The activities are mostly included, they even do a foam party in the pool! Food is good and affordable. The grounds are lovely and sprawling but still nothing is too far away.
