The staff is lovely, I asked for a room with a beautiful view and got a room with a beautiful view as I dreamed. The hotel staffs are very lovely, everyone is polite and always smiling, I received good service from everyone.

Samui Zenity is located near Maenam beach and local activities (restaurant, local markets, bar) The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Maenam Beach, scooter rental is available on site.... Paikka oli todella puhdas ja siisti. Henkilökunta ja omistajapariskunta olivat todella mukavia ja palvelualttiita. Pidimme myös keittiöstä jossa valmistimme aamiaista. Vuoteet olivat todella mukavat nukkua ja huoneet tilavat.

The staff at Riviera were amazing. Peter was always available to ask questions or just make an amazing cup of coffee. The rooms were cleaned every day and done so quickly. I can't say enough...

Potentially our favorite stay of our 6 weeks in Koh Tao. Our room was so clean, bright, and airy. It's on a quiet side street, but close enough to plenty of restaurants, 7-11's, and the beach. The bathroom was large with a separate shower (no wet toilet!) that had good heat and pressure. Internet was flawless the whole time we were there. Staff are so sweet and attentive, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels brought out. The bed was big and comfortable, and the balcony looked out over plenty of trees. We ended up extending our stay.
