Santhiya Koh Chang Resort offers modern rooms on Klong Prao Beach, which is part of National Marine Park on the Gulf of Thailand. It features an outdoor pool and restaurant. This is a superlative hotel, starting with the always polite, friendly, and helpful staff, who anticipate every of your needs. The main building itself is made entirely of wood and is an impressive sight. I had the room with a private infinity pool and a view of the green hills of Ko Chang. It was almost like a dream. The beautiful, large four-poster bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room, like the main building, is tastefully decorated entirely in wood. Many small amenities complete the overall impression. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view of the green hills from the pool. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally varied and plentiful. You can see that the staff here are well-trained, and the management also puts a lot of effort into keeping the building in good condition. During my stay, a part of the building was being pressure-cleaned and the paint was being renewed, but I didn't find it disturbing. The rest of the complex is also very nicely decorated, with bungalows and private villas with pools. Upon check-in, I was offered a welcome drink and was informed that I could contact the reception at any time via WhatsApp.

The wifi was really good, I was able to do a bunch of work meetings and long video calls. They have an inexpensive laundry service.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. We firstly want to mention the amazing, friendly and helpful staff. All of them were lovely and we specifically remember Vee, Udai and Malee that were so kind. The all day breakfast service was brilliant and the food was amazing. We also had scheduled a romantic dinner in the evening, which was also amazing thanks to the great chef and his team. Can also recommend the spa and massages. The facilities at the hotel are very good and we are already looking at coming back here another time! We truly LOVED this hotel and had such a great time here!
