The spacious kitchen was well outfitted for my cooking meals with good utensils and ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar , coffee and tea. The refrigerator was stocked with items for breakfast. Quiet. Good heating for winter, great television options. And, as good as this property is, Youssef himself outshines it with his wonderful hospitality. Chez ADAC is a gem .

يطل دار سعيد على خليج تونس ويوفر مسبحاً على الهواء الطلق وحمام تقليدي وخدمة الواي فاي المجانية. وهي تقع في قرية سيدي بو سعيد. تتوزع هذه الغرف التي تم تزيينها بشكل مفرد على أربعة فناءات. Staff were so professional and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and stylish. The pool area was lovely with free towels to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can sit in the outside dining area with an amazing view. Very peaceful and just step outside to hotel and you're in a busy area with popular food places and sites. They organised an airport transfer and I also used the hammam and had a great massage. Loved it!
