The staff and managers went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and cared for. The food was outstanding, every day brought a new dish prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They also arranged a fantastic boat trip to Maziwe Island, where we had a great time. We loved exploring the reef at low tide, unwinding by the pool, and enjoying delicious cocktails with a breathtaking ocean view. I would highly recommend spending at least 2-3 days here, as there are plenty of activities to enjoy and discover. 😍

Ocean front location. The mamas prepared a really nice breakfast everyday, with freah fruit, toast, mandazi and other deep fried breads. The stews they made and traditional Tanzanian food was excellent and delicious. Clean and fresh. Even arranged a little surprise bbq at the beach for us since we stayed quite long time and it was over Christmas. John is knowledgeable and can arrange nice trips for you if you wish, highly recommend to go to Maziwe for snorkling.

The receptionist is nice and prepares breakfast in your kitchen. The stay is super comfy but remote. Also the drive there is very bumpy and sandy (on the property) Good restaurants just a 10 min walk on the beach

This was by far one of the best accommodations I had in the last two years from my traveling. Mahanyu is the host and he was very very friendly. Hamsa was on the Safari so I couldn’t meet him. The location of the property is so relaxing because you are just somewhere up in the mountains. You don’t hear anything. You can look down in the village in the night you can see all the lights in the stars in the morning. You have the most insane sunrise. The thing I like the most about the property was the big terrace with the chilling and eating area next to it. The food was insane. I never had so much healthy food which also tasted so good on the last evening. I ate by myself and they brought me so much food And it was so delicious and healthy. All the things they cook they take it directly from their garden, you can walk five minutes up in the hill and you are in the very beautiful forest reserve we had one of the four people rooms which is quite nice because it has his own balcony and one double room, which was also very comfortable you can sleep very good too because it’s very quiet not too hot and you don’t have too many insects. Thank you so much to all the stuff for making this memorable experience.

Just a few steps away from the beach, Barry's Beach Resort offers accommodation near Sange Village. The resort has an outdoor pool and restaurant. We choose Barrys to get away from all the stress and commerce that always follows you when one travel to touristic places. Barrys is located far away from anything. It is you together with the silence, waves, and lovely staff. We took the boat from Zanzibar and stayed for four days. It is one hour drive to Saadani national park where you can see all animals but Rhinos and Cheetas. Our safari was a great animal experience with packed breakfast and lunch prepared by Deodatha and her staff. You will be taken care of in the best possible way by Barry, Deodatha, and staff.

Situated in a mangrove forest with access to a sandy beach, Bahari Pori Resort features an outdoor swimming pool. It also offers a restaurant and several thatched roof tents and cottages. Bahari Pori Resort is beautifully located between the Indian Ocean and a lush forest, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The property sits slightly elevated, so you can constantly feel the cool ocean breeze — it’s incredibly relaxing, especially in the evenings. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and always accommodating. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were happy to assist with anything I needed. The restaurant serves wonderful Italian food — fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly authentic for such a remote coastal setting. The owner was especially helpful, providing clear directions on how to reach the resort, arranging complimentary transport to Pangani town, and assisting in booking a lovely boat tour along the Pangani River. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, nature, and excellent hospitality.

Objekt Simply Saadani Camp, A Tent with a View Safaris u gradu 'Mkwaja' nudi pogled na more, vrt, terasu i bar. A great place to stay, great beaches, pristine and clean. Close enough to the National park for us to make a few visits. Lovely helpful staff, could not be nicer. Well worth the journey there.
