The property is well-maintained with a very clean and beautiful territory. The house itself was warm and cozy, even during our November visit. It’s well-equipped with kitchen essentials of decent quality, making our stay comfortable. There’s also outdoor furniture on the terrace, along with duvets to keep warm—perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The location is ideal, just a short 3-minute walk to a good restaurant, and the house is near a small lake, which I imagine would be lovely during summer. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back!

Brech Resort&Spa features a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and terrace in Gurinovka Staraya. Very nice Premium bungalow in Chinese style with a large jacuzzi. Clean and nice swimming pool with glass roof (is paid additionally). Friendly staff. Testy dishes in the restaurant.

Surrounded by pine forests and located in the eco-friendly area, this hotel is set on the lake in the village of Snovyanka. An organic spa and indoor pool are available at the property. We were very late twice for breakfast but they made it for us anyway. Exceptional service!
