The hotel staff is truly excellent—professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality was the highlight of my stay. Mauricio in particular is just great, he is always asking for things that he can do to help to make your staying better. Also the clean staff is great too! The hotel overall is very good, but I would primarily recommend it for short stays (maximum 1 week).
