Our car broke down late in the evening and we urgently needed a place to stay. They picked up the phone immediately, helped us book an apartment after hours, and even let us check in late while we were sorting out car repairs. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What a stroke of luck to find such a place in a small town — truly excellent hospitality!
